Having recently spent a weekend at Hinode House located in the charming Chiba area, I can attest to the value this accommodation offers. The modern house, though a bit of a walk from the Funabashi JR station, provides clean and comfortable Japanese-style rooms equipped with air conditioning to ensure a pleasant stay. While the absence of free Wi-Fi in rooms may deter some, the proximity to a Lawson and a drugstore adds convenience.The warmth of the hosts, a lovely Japanese-Chinese couple, was a highlight, going out of their way to assist guests, even offering a ride when needed. The cozy tatami beds provided a true taste of Japanese hospitality.Hinode House is a budget-friendly option, ideal for short stays in the area. Though lacking certain amenities, the genuine hospitality and affordability make it a worthwhile choice for those seeking a no-frills yet cozy accommodation option.
